Når I henter jeres lejebil, præsenteres I for en standardkontrakt som angivet nedenfor på engelsk. Bemærk, at GPS er inkluderet i lejen.

• Location Surcharge/Tourism Levy
• Claim Admin fee – in the event of an accident or theft
• Young Driver Surcharge
• 1 X GPS rental

Exclusions

• Optional Equipment – baby seat.
• One way Drop off fees
• Delivery/collection fees
• Traffic fines Administration fees
• Fuel
• E-tolls/toll fees
• Contract Fees
• Any additional charges not specified under inclusions, will be deemed excluded.
• All extras  - as indicated on the extras sheet.

 

General Terms and Conditions

• A rental day is calculated on a 24 hour cycle – which starts from the time pf pick-up.
• A grace period of 29 minutes will be allowed for the return of the vehicle.
• Should the vehicle be returned late, the renter will be charged for an additional day at the extension rate, which the guest will settle directly with Avis.
• The vehicle should be returned with a full tank of fuel, to avoid a refueling charge being levied.
• All waivers are excluded as a result of negligence.
• The guest does not qualify for Airline Frequent Flyer Programme benefits.
• All Group J bookings (VW Tiguan or similar) ,and hand control vehicles , are available on a request basis only.
• One Way Fees not specified in the Avis Additional charges must be quoted on. The quote will be determined by distance.
• In the event that the driver’s license is not in English, an International driver’s license in English is required, containing the drivers ID/passport number, photo and signature.

 

 Deposits Due

• Please note that the deposits and any other extras the rate excludes, are not be included in the voucher value. 
• The guest would be required to settle a deposit and all extras with Avis Rent A Car directly.
• The Deposit will be collected at the time of rental and can only be done by the guest  tendering a recognized bank credit card.
• Debit cards are not accepted.
• Authorisation for the applicable amount will be obtained on the credit card at the time of pick up.
• When the guest returns the car  and no charges are applicable, Avis will cancel the applicable authorisation.
• All other charges will be levied on return of the vehicle.
